MTG Cart Companion is the Chrome extension that turns card names on any web page into a Magic deck list. It now has two new things: a full screen mode, and suggested decks built from whatever seed cards you choose.
What can it do now that it could not before?
Until now the extension collected cards. You right-clicked names in a forum post or an article, and the side panel held them until you exported the list. That still works the same way. The two additions are about what you do with the cards once you have them.
What does full screen mode change?
A side panel is a narrow strip, which suits adding one card at a time and suits looking at a whole deck much less. Full screen mode gives the extension the full window to work in.
How do suggested decks work?
You choose any cards as seeds, and the extension suggests a deck built around them. The seeds are not limited to a particular set or format of card; any card you pick can be the starting point.
Can I get it yet?
The Chrome Web Store listing currently shows version 0.5.0, last updated August 3, 2026, so it does not include these two features yet. The MTG Cart Companion project page has the full feature list and the privacy policy, and the launch post covers how the extension started.
