Singularity Tower cleared Chrome Web Store review. It is published, free, and installs in one click: get it on Chrome.
What it is
A seven-floor idle game that lives in a Chrome side panel. Each floor converts the output of the one below it into something rarer — biomass into culture, culture into energy, energy into compute, and upward from there to data, stardust and essence. You build generators, hire workers, run the arcade minigames, and prestige when the compute gate opens.
Two ways to play it
- As the extension: install from the Chrome Web Store. The toolbar button opens the side panel; the full tower page is the wide surface, and a writer lease keeps both in sync without double-counting.
- In the browser, no install: Singularity Tower Live runs the same build on this site.
What shipped underneath it
Nine automated suites and eighty-five cases gate every bundle, plus a four-shard stress pass — static analysis, hostile-state fuzzing, a naive-user walkthrough and a browser-conflict run — that found six real defects ordinary play would never have surfaced. I wrote that pass up in Stress-testing Singularity Tower.
It collects nothing and makes no network calls. Saves live in local extension storage, and there is no account, no sync and no server. The project page has the full feature list and the privacy detail.
